DCF Training’s workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups and help customers look, move, and perform better in all aspects
of their life.
Through circuit‐based, 45‐minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) that use a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises, customers can burn up to 1,000 calories in just a single session.
