DCF Training workouts are designed by ex professional athletes who have trained at the highest level and have formed over 20 years of fitness programs and injury prevention programs. DCF Training philosophy centers on delivering results-driven programs via progressive training loads. In other words, you’ll increase your capacity and capability week-to-week in 4 – 6 week blocks so that you’ll see progress in your body make up and results you achieve. It’s the same strategy we have used successfully for over 20 years in the industry.
The DCF Training Athletics and Peak Performance Department is comprised of leading training professionals, athletes, and exercise scientists from around the world all dedicated to the research and development of DCF Training workouts. Under the guidance of our Ex Professional Athletes who tirelessly investigate current and emerging training concepts as well as tweaking and fine-tuning existing training regimens.
All of our programs have been tried and tested by many athletes and professionals. Our professionals review and document the results. Revisions are made. We then run the new trial workout in some schools and studios. Following this final testing and revision period, we then release the new workout to the entire DCF Training network. These new workouts are only launched once they’ve been meticulously honed and perfected by our team.

Our professional training is the by product of our ex professional Athletes training when they were playing their professional sports. From tennis, basketball, track n field, boxing, yoga, soccer, etc These types of exercises typically involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups. This style of training builds and sculpts lean, functional muscle. Lifting, squatting, jumping, twisting, pulling, pushing, punching, kicking, rowing, biking – all of these movements qualify as functional and all can be found at DCF Training to help make you look, move and perform better in all aspects of your life.
